This is a permanent, full-time, remote role, ideal for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems and at the same time building and supporting scalable platforms. What Youll Be Doing Platform Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our existing software platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Client Support: Address and resolve support tickets from clients promptly, adhering to defined SLAs and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain clear, professional communication with clients. System Familiarisation: Conduct in-depth research to understand the architecture, codebase, and database structure of existing platforms. UX Understanding: Develop a working knowledge of our user experience approach by actively engaging with key platform functionalities. Process Integration: Learn and follow internal operational procedures, including administrative protocols and expected turnaround times for customer service.
