Software & Customer Support, KPO

Role Overview: As a motivated fresher joining our Software Support team, you will be responsible for providing customer assistance through email and calls, managing support tickets, and conducting basic manual testing of web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via email, create tickets in the system, and ensure timely and accurate responses as part of Non-Voice Support (60%). - Attend customer calls or meetings to understand issues, coordinate with the technical team for resolution, and provide Voice Support (20%). - Conduct manual testing of software applications (web and mobile), report bugs, verify fixes, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions (Software Testing - 20%). - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to track and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Basic understanding of software and web applications. - Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn new tools. - Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
