Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : SAP Entitlement Management System EMS Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education and certification to be good Summary :As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, contributing to the overall project success. Key Responsibilities:-Define the overall architecture for entitlement management solutions, aligning with business goals.-Design integration strategies with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or CPQ).-Establish best practices and guidelines for implementing entitlement management systems.-Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs.-Gather business requirements related to entitlement management and translate them into functional specifications.-Configure the entitlement management system based on business needs, defining entitlements, and rules.-Conduct workshops and training for end-users on SAP EM functionalities.-Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and support the deployment processProfessional and Technical skills --In-depth knowledge of SAP Entitlement Management, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.-3 years of experience as SAP EMS developer / Consultant-Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).-Strong background in business process analysis and solution architecture.-Proficiency in SAP Entitlement Management module and S/4HANA.-Strong understanding of business processes for subscription, usage rights, and entitlement lifecycle management.-Ability to work with cross-functional teams, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.-Technical expertise in SAP BTP, Fiori, and ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).-Experience with data migration, API management, and performance tuning.-Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database and other backend systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Entitlement Management System EMS. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
