Software Architect (.Net + React)

Role Overview: At Vagaro Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a team committed to developing an all-in-one business management platform and online marketplace for the salon, spa, and fitness industries. Our cloud-based software is trusted by professionals and businesses across multiple countries, empowering them to efficiently manage their operations. You will contribute to a user-friendly platform known for its seamless compatibility across various devices. Key Responsibilities: - **Architecture & Design:** - Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core Web API, and React.js. - Define and maintain architecture blueprints, technical designs, and documentation. - Apply microservices architecture principles for scalable, modular platforms. - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks for optimal implementation. - Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional, production-ready applications. - **Development & Technical Leadership:** - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable code for backend and frontend components. - Drive frontend architecture using React.js with modern UI/UX best practices. - Implement robust Web API best practices such as OAuth2, JWT authentication, API versioning, CORS policies, SSL/TLS encryption, and centralized error handling & logging. - Integrate and optimize data storage solutions aligned with business requirements. - Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues. - **Collaboration & Delivery:** - Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Work with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development guidelines. - Mentor and guide developers in adopting best coding practices. - **Quality & Testing:** - Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. - Ensure proper unit, integration, and functional testing. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, .NET framework, and Web API development. - Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns. - Experience in building scalable, secure, high-performance APIs. - Solid database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and working knowledge of MongoDB. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, CLR internals, and performance optimization techniques. - Strong experience with version control systems like Git. - Ability to write clean, readable, easily maintainable code. - Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
