The Site Supervisor will coordinate with manager, manage site logistics, and maintain communication between the design team, clients. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that interior design plans are accurately implemented. Coordination: Liaise between the design team, clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any delays or issues promptly. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, working proactively to minimize disruptions to the project. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and any other relevant documentation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision or project management within the interior design. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in using SketchUp to create high-quality 3D models, along with a good understanding of architectural and Interior design principles. The SketchUp Modeler will work closely with Interior, designers to develop accurate models that meet project specifica ons. Key Responsibilities: 3D Modelling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp based on Interior plans, design concepts, client requirements, and modular specifications. Design Visualization: Collaborate with design teams to develop visualizations that help convey the design intent to clients and stakeholders. Model Optimization: Ensure that models are optimized for performance, reducing file size without compromising on quality. Texturing and Materials: Apply textures, materials, and lighting to models to enhance realism and meet project requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, and other project stakeholders to refine models based on feedback and revisions. Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical drawings and documentation derived from the 3D models, such as floor plans, elevations, and sections. Quality Control: Review and refine models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. Project Management: Manage multiple modelling projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality models. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in SketchUp: Extensive experience with SketchUp, including the use of advanced features, plugins, and extensions. Design Knowledge: A strong understanding of interior design principles. Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and detailed models with a focus on accuracy and realism. Rendering: Familiarity with rendering software, such as V-Ray, D5 or Corona etc is required.
