We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to play a key role in driving sales for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include closing sales deals over the phone and nurturing positive relationships with customers. To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to interact with people. Presenting products or services over the phone and addressing customer inquiries and concerns should be tasks you are comfortable with. The ultimate objective of this role is to contribute to the company's expansion by acquiring new customers and fostering business growth. Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using designated scripts to educate them about our offerings. - Address customer queries about products and the company. - Probe customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to secure sales. - Refer prospects to the field sales team when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of customer details in the database. - Process orders efficiently and accurately. - Handle customer grievances tactfully to safeguard the company's reputation. - Strive to surpass sales targets and lay the groundwork for future sales opportunities. - Document call outcomes and sales information for future reference. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly via phone-based interactions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and phone systems. - Capacity to grasp product and service knowledge and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages. - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Ability to remain composed and handle rejection gracefully. - Exceptional negotiation skills for conflict resolution and addressing customer complaints. - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, while a postgraduate degree is considered advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts, with the work location being on-site.,
