Work Timing: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (Flexible in work timing) Here's how to approach the interview: All technical interview rounds will be conducted virtually. The final round will be a face-to-face interview with HR in Chennai. However, there will be a 15-minute technical assessment/in-person technical discussion as part of the final round. Make sure to prepare accordingly for both virtual and in-person components. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve integration and synchronization issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo (via connectors or middleware). Design and build scalable CE-side solutions including workflows, custom plugins, and Power Automate flows to manage lead, contact, and email status data flows. Support development and testing of email invalid/bounce handling solutions within CE. Ensure data readiness and timely updates of key fields to enable marketing campaign execution, segmentation, and journey activation. Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align CE data structures and processes with business and campaign requirements. Conduct data validation, mapping verification, and contribute to data governance across integrated systems. Create and manage test records and use cases to support integration testing and troubleshoot edge cases. Maintain comprehensive documentation of CE configurations, workflows, and integration logic to support transparency and continuity. Key Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including PowerApps, custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate. Proven experience integrating CE with external platforms, especially marketing automation tools like Marketo. Proficient in SQL for data validation, integration troubleshooting, and system debugging. Solid understanding Of marketing lifecycle data, including lead/contact status and email engagement tracking. Skilled at troubleshooting sync, API, or business logic issues within CE and across integrated systems. Familiarity with email deliverability, suppression handling, and implications for data quality. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve production issues efficiently. Clear written communication and documentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
