Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and committed female In-House Trainer who can train students in digital skills, basic business skills, and essential soft skills. The trainer will play a key role in shaping learners’ confidence, mindset, and employability.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Skills Training

• Teach fundamentals of digital tools and platforms (social media, basic AI tools, online productivity tools, etc.)
• Guide learners on practical digital usage for work and business
• Assist students with hands-on practice and real-world applications

Business Skills Training

• Teach basics of entrepreneurship and small business operations
• Explain concepts like customer acquisition, sales basics, branding, and online presence
• Mentor students on starting and managing small income-generating activities

Soft Skills & Personality Development

• Train students in communication skills, confidence building, and presentation
• Conduct sessions on time management, discipline, teamwork, and professionalism
• Motivate and guide learners to improve mindset and personal growth

Other Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials
• Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and group activities
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Support the Daily Skills team in academic and mentoring activities

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Female candidates only
• Graduation preferred (any discipline)
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and online platforms
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with students
• Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and willingness to learn
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage (freshers with passion can also apply)
