The Technical Head - Printing is responsible for overseeing the entire printing process for soft signages and Digital Printing, ensuring high-quality output, optimal machine performance, and efficient production workflows. In this role, you will lead and manage the printing team, provide technical guidance, and training, and develop and implement technical strategies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all printed products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Additionally, you will manage equipment maintenance, production planning, cost control, and research and development efforts to innovate and improve printing processes and products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or a related field, 15+ years of experience in the printing industry, strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with color management, RIP software, and quality control techniques is required, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.,
