Maintain IT Security Compliance of IT Infrastructure (Hardware & Software) As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the IT security compliance of the IT infrastructure, which includes both hardware and software components. Your primary objective will be to uphold the security standards and protocols to safeguard the organization's IT assets. Qualifications: - Preferred qualification of being a female candidate - Graduation in IT is a minimum requirement Skills: - Proficiency in using any SOCs tools - Experience in conducting Application Penetration Testing and Vulnerability assessment - Familiarity with System/Database Administration or Active Directory (AD) is considered advantageous Certifications: - Possession of certifications such as CSA, CISM, ISO 27001/20000, or any other IT Security Certification is highly valued - Additional certifications in Azure Cloud/Office365 and ITIL are optional but beneficial Experience: - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT security, working with SOCs tools, and managing processes Personal Attributes: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to deliver effective training and presentations - Proficiency in articulating ideas clearly and conveying information effectively - Skilled in establishing rapport, actively listening to customer needs, and demonstrating empathy - Prompt and professional in addressing customer inquiries or issues - Clear and concise communication is essential to understand requirements and expectations Reporting Structure: - You will be reporting to the Practice Head (IT Infra) within the organizational hierarchy Work Environment: - The position follows a general shift schedule - There might be occasional travel required to locations such as Faridabad, Chennai, and potentially overseas In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the IT security compliance of the organization's infrastructure, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure the protection of IT assets and adherence to security standards.,
