We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Influencer Marketing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying influencer marketing opportunities, pitching our company profile to prospective clients, setting up meetings, and driving client acquisition. This role requires strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, along with a good understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify influencer marketing requests, RFPs, and client needs across industries. Pitching & Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling pitches showcasing the company's influencer marketing solutions. Client Engagement : Fix up meetings with decision-makers, understand campaign objectives, and provide tailored solutions. Business Growth : Work towards client acquisition targets, conversions, and revenue goals. Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and agencies. Market Intelligence : Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming influencer campaigns. Collaboration : Work closely with internal strategy and execution teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign delivery. Requirements Experiencee : 23 years in business development / sales in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media agencies. Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as in teams. Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
