Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker (MALE) to join our team and provide support to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide counselling and support services to clients facing various challenges
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social services agencies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Night shift availability

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Social Work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
