Social Science Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and/or Sociology, depending on the curriculum. They should be committed to delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that help students understand societal structures, global dynamics, and civic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Social Science subjects according to the school curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or State Board).
• Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and inquiry-based learning in the classroom.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Assess, evaluate, and report on students’ progress regularly through assignments, exams, and classroom activities.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
• Integrate technology and innovative methods in lesson planning and delivery.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain discipline and support students’ social and emotional development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues in cross-disciplinary teaching.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
