Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation Identify and generate leads through inquiries, referrals, networking, and social media. Conduct client meetings to understand their vision, budget, and wedding expectations. Develop and present customized wedding and décor proposals, quotes, and contracts. Follow up with prospects and negotiate to close deals effectively. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the planning process. Offer expert guidance on wedding planning, venue selection, and décor themes. Ensure a seamless and stress-free experience from initial consultation to event execution. Décor Planning & Execution Conceptualize and design creative wedding décor themes based on client preferences. Collaborate with designers, florists, lighting teams, and production houses to bring ideas to life. Oversee setup, styling, and execution of décor elements at wedding venues. Ensure quality checks and timely execution of all décor elements. Event Planning & Coordination Work closely with vendors, venues, caterers, and other stakeholders for seamless event execution. Manage event logistics, ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations. Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting during weddings. Vendor & Industry Networking Establish partnerships with décor vendors, florists, rental companies, and wedding suppliers. Negotiate deals and secure the best services for clients. Stay updated on the latest wedding trends, décor innovations, and industry developments.
