The Cinnamon Kitchen is a fast-growing, gluten-free snacking brand focused on creating healthy, tasty, and innovative food products. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop impactful social media strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives and business goals.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify social media trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences to create engaging content strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to develop compelling content.
• Develop creative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Monitor social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve the brand's social media presence.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
• Recommend improvements based on performance insights and audience feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand communication.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in developing content strategies and managing social media calendars.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant brand content.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
