About the Role

Designoweb Technologies is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth through innovative social media strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, and interactive activities.
• Improve audience reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to execute content plans.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media trends.
• Maintain consistent brand communication and drive website traffic and business inquiries.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in social media strategy, management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience behavior.
• Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and campaign planning skills.
• Experience with analytics, performance tracking, and competitor research.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B communication.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology companies is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing previous campaigns and results will be an advantage.
