Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to drive brand building, digital marketing strategies, and marketing activities to strengthen Dalnex’s online presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Build brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
• Plan content calendars and create engaging posts, videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Promote Dalnex’s products, services, projects, and technical solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify marketing opportunities.
• Execute digital campaigns to improve audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with management, sales, and technical teams for marketing initiatives.
• Track marketing performance, analyse results, and prepare monthly reports.

Required Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in social media management, brand building, and digital marketing.
• Strong content writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, analytics, and digital advertising.
• Experience in B2B or technology-sector marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
