Job Description

Helpline Groups is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist with a minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create content calendars and oversee daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging content
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Manage paid social media campaigns (basic level)
• Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Experience in content planning, brand positioning, and audience growth
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization is a plus
• Excellent communication and creativity skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in service-based or corporate branding
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Knowledge of Canva, basic design, or video editing tools
