Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories
• Be camera-friendly and confident in creating or appearing in video content
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native insights
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Coordinate with content, SEO, and design teams for integrated marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, video content, paid ads, and content strategy
• Camera-friendly with confidence in on-screen content creation
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and brand alignment skills
• Analytical ability to track results and optimize campaign performance
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and basic video editing software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
