This is an On-Site role with office hours from 9 AM to 6 PM,MondaythroughSaturday.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketer with expertise in email marketing, video editing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to join our team. This position is ideal for a creative professional who can strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing:
• Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to remain competitive in the industry.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Video Editing:
• Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and other marketing channels.
• Add graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance the appeal of videos.
• Ensure video content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize your website content for search engines to boost organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all digital content.
• Collaborate with the web development team to improve site structure and page performance.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track the performance of campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
• Prepare detailed reports and use insights to refine strategies.
• Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva, Capcut).
• Proficient in email marketing platforms like Mailer Lite.
• Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
