Role Overview

Location: Remote/Work from Home

Stipend: INR 8000 - 10,000

Duration: 6 months

The Marketing Intern will play an active role in managing and growing our social media handles, with a strong focus on creating social mediafriendly content that engages and informs our target audience. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B marketing and the opportunity to learn how marketing contributes to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, and schedule posts across company social media handles (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create engaging social content, including:
  • Short-form copy (captions, post copy, taglines).
  • Canva-based graphics and visuals.
  • Basic edited videos or reels for social platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and contribute to community growth.
  • Track analytics and prepare simple performance reports.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and propose new ideas for campaigns.
  • Support other digital marketing initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) on ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong ability to ideate and create content suited for professional (B2B) audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X).
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or other design tools; comfort with basic video editing apps.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
