Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Threads , and similar platforms Plan, create , schedule , and publish engaging content – posts, reels, videos, stories, and status updates Track and apply current social media trends to boost visibility and engagement Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) Build and manage WhatsApp & Telegram communities (broadcast lists, group engagement) Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams Requirements: Strong knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Telegram Channels, Threads Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite , and chat/community tools Excellent communication skills , creativity, and analytical mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus Languages Known :* Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory)* Job Types: Part-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
