Youll Be Responsible For **Content Creation & Production** • Design eyecatching Instagram/Facebook/TikTok graphics, short videos, property reels, carousel posts and stories. • Script, film, and edit engaging Reels and video content showcasing properties, home tours, and realtor tips. • Work with Canva, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools. Strategy & Trend Integration • Monitor trending formats and audio on Instagram and TikTokpropose and implement viral-style Reels tailored for real estate audiences. • Maintain a content calendar customized for property launches, client testimonials, market tips, and seasonal campaigns. Social Media Management & Engagement • Publish and optimize posts across IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Grow community presence by responding to comments and messages, fostering relationships, and encouraging shares. Performance Analysis & Optimization • Track campaign results (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, leads). • Identify top-performing content, test variations and adapt strategy accordingly.
