Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at Step 1, with 3 references. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry and be able to develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms.
Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple channels.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience with social media management tools and software, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media marketing solutions.
