• Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Design simple creatives or coordinate with the design team for campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and digital marketing techniques.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Freshers or women returnees passionate about marketing are encouraged to apply.
