Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand s social media presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and driving community engagement to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) aligned with the brand s voice and objectives in coordination with graphic designer.
Manage and grow social media pages by increasing followers, engagement, and reach.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and user engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build community relationships.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members for campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
