About the Role:

We are looking for a creative Video Creator & Social Media Marketer for a reputed Medical Device company to design engaging videos and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with the goal of driving organic traffic, engagement, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should be trend-savvy, creative, and skilled in storytelling through video and social content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos, reels, and stories tailored for different social platforms.
• Manage and post consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and followers.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and descriptions that boost visibility.
• Track analytics and optimize content strategy for better performance.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven experience in video creation & social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
