Job Description

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Campaign Design
  2. Develop and own social media strategies aligned with business, marketing, and growth objectives
  3. Design integrated campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  4. Define campaign hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics before launch
  5. Identify target audiences, positioning, messaging frameworks, and content themes

Content Creation & Execution

  1. Design and produce platform-optimized content (graphics, short-form video, copy, carousels, posts)
  2. Write compelling, conversion-focused captions and CTAs
  3. Manage publishing schedules and content calendars
  4. Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity

Growth & Optimization

  1. Execute audience growth strategies (organic and paid, if applicable)
  2. Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, posting cadence, and formats
  3. Optimize content based on performance data and platform trends
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support launches and campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Track and analyze performance using platform analytics and third-party tools
  2. Report regularly on key metrics such as:
  3. Follower growth rate
  4. Engagement rate
  5. Reach and impressions
  6. Click-through rate (CTR)
  7. Leads, signups, or conversions attributed to social
  8. Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  9. Clearly demonstrate ROI and growth impact to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  1. 3+ years managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations
  2. Proven ability to both design and execute campaigns independently
  3. Demonstrated track record of measurable growth outcomes (not just posting frequency)
  4. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  5. Proficiency with analytics tools (native platform analytics, GA4, or similar)
  6. Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe)
  7. Comfortable working with performance metrics, dashboards, and reports

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience driving leads or revenue from social media (B2B or B2C) through organic posts.
  2. Experience working with SaaS, healthcare, technology, or regulated industries
  3. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  4. Video editing experience for short-form social content

  1. Consistent, sustained follower and audience growth
  2. Increased engagement rates across priority platforms
  3. Improved click-through and conversion rates
  4. Campaigns launched with clear KPIs and post-campaign analysis
