We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, has a creative mindset, and can work closely with our internal team to build engaging social media presence for our clients.

What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Conceptualise engaging content ideas, campaigns, topical posts, and seasonal activations.
• Identify relevant trends, memes, and cultural moments that can be adapted to different brands.
• Plan content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, and other platform-specific formats.

Creative Development & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with our creative, design, video production, and digital marketing teams to plan and execute social media content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and cinematographers to bring ideas to life.
• Develop creative briefs for social media posts, Reels, video shoots, and campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
• Review designs, copy, and video edits to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate content production, client approvals, and publishing schedules.

Client & Account Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
• Present content calendars and creative recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively suggest new content ideas and campaign opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of content across assigned accounts.

Community Management & Performance

• Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and audience interactions.
• Track key metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, saves, and shares.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify successful content formats and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and paid content amplification where relevant.

Workflow & Execution

• Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and task trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from ideation to publishing.
• Track content status, pending approvals, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through without constant supervision.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably at a creative or digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and short-form video.
• Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign ideas.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams.

Good to have: Experience in Reel conceptualisation, influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and paid social media campaigns.
