About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) 2. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals 3. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions 4. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices 5. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions 6. Coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity 7. Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine social media strategies 8. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to expand our reach 9. Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance 10. Generate regular reports on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, etc.) Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role 2. Minimum 5 years of experience 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends 4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills 5. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) 6. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 9.
