You are looking for a Crypto-Native Social Media Manager who is deeply immersed in Web3 culture and trends. Your role involves managing social media presence across various platforms, engaging in real-time conversations, and driving organic virality. Additionally, you will be responsible for community growth, content creation, paid campaigns, and performance tracking within the crypto space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage social media presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Lens, Farcaster, and Instagram. - Stay ahead of Web3 trends, breaking news, and industry shifts to craft real-time reactive content. - Cultivate a highly engaged community on Telegram & Discord, ensuring active discussions and rapid response to queries. - Develop highly engaging, narrative-driven content that aligns with crypto ethos. - Run targeted paid campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram tailored to Web3 users. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep involvement in Crypto Twitter, Telegram alpha groups, and Discord servers. - Ability to craft meme-driven narratives, viral tweets, and Twitter threads. - Understanding of decentralized communities and effective community nurturing. - Expertise in various social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Lens, and Farcaster. - Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Figma. - Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and crypto-specific ad platforms. **Preferred Experience:** - Prior experience managing social media for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or L2 solutions. - Understanding of on-chain metrics, wallets, and trading psychology. - Experience with Web3 analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, Messari. - Connections with crypto influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders.
