As a Crypto-Native Social Media Manager at our company, you will be deeply immersed in Web3 culture, specifically within the crypto space. Your role will involve engaging with various social media platforms, spotting trends, crafting engaging content, and nurturing a highly engaged community. Here is what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage social media presence on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Lens, Farcaster, and Instagram. - Stay updated on Web3 trends, breaking news, and industry shifts to create real-time reactive content. - Utilize memes, threads, Twitter spaces, and short-form videos to enhance engagement and drive virality. - Cultivate an engaged community on Telegram & Discord through active discussions and gamified campaigns. - Develop narrative-driven content aligned with the crypto ethos and maximize organic reach through meme marketing and influencer collaborations. - Run targeted paid campaigns on various platforms and track performance using analytics tools. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep involvement in Crypto Twitter, Telegram alpha groups, and Discord servers. - Proficiency in crafting meme-driven narratives, viral tweets, and engaging content. - Understanding of decentralized communities and effective community nurturing. - Expertise in social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Lens, and Farcaster. - Basic design and video editing skills for creating social assets. - Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and crypto-specific ad platforms is a plus. **Preferred Experience:** - Prior experience in managing social media for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or L2 solutions. - Understanding of on-chain metrics, wallets, and trading psychology. - Experience with Web3 analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, and Messari. - Connections with crypto influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders.
