Kadence is a leading musical instruments brand with a wide distribution network in India. We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization's social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of various social media platforms and trends. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organic social media growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms.
• Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube) and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience and specifications.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into strategies.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers all over PAN India, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Implement social media listening strategies to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and competitive insights.
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is desirable.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
• Passion for social media and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends and developments.
