Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 / month (adjustable based on hours & experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and consistent Social Media Intern to manage and grow our online presence. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining our daily posting cadence by creating and publishing one piece of content per day (a short video/Reel or an engaging graphic post). All drafts, captions, and creatives will be reviewed and proofread by the team lead before going live.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Content Delivery: Create, format, and schedule 1 post or 1 short-form video (Reel/Short) each working day across our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Creative Production: Design clean, branded visual posts (single image, carousels, infographics) and edit short video clips with simple captions, sound, and transitions.
• Caption & Copy Drafting: Draft catchy, error-free headlines, captions, and relevant hashtags for each daily post.
• Review & Approval Workflow: Share raw visual drafts and captions with the manager for feedback and proofreading before scheduling or publishing.
• Trend & Idea Monitoring: Keep track of trending audio, viral formats, industry news, and competitor updates to suggest relevant content angles.
• Basic Community Engagement: Respond to incoming comments, mentions, and basic direct messages during posting hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Mass Media, Communications (BAMMC), Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Hands-on proficiency with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and mobile/desktop video editors (CapCut, VN Video Editor, Premiere Rush, InShot).
• Good written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, LinkedIn post formatting, Reels, and social media aesthetics.
• High consistency and punctuality—ability to meet the daily 1-post deadline without missing schedules.
