Social Media Growth Driver

• Requirements
• Grow Instagram followers and boost engagement through Reels, Stories, and Carousels
• Plan and execute Instagram Ad campaigns targeting relevant geographies and audiences
• Build and manage influencer partnerships with wedding planners, makeup artists, entertainers, freelancers, and others in the ecosystem
• Convert social media activity into qualified leads, inquiries, and web traffic

Monitor and optimize KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, cost-per-lead, and follower growth

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand goals

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Instagram marketing and ads

✅ Proven success in influencer marketing and collaborations
✅ Strong grasp of targeting, ad sets, creative formats, and Instagram algorithm✅ Awareness of Indian wedding trends, user psychology, and cultural cues✅ Independent thinker with a performance-driven, growth-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Later, or Buffer
• Jaipur-based candidates preferred for immediate joining
• Portfolio or examples of social media campaigns/pages managed
