Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence, develop engaging content, and execute social media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all major platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging, visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) for various platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, messages, and feedback).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and leads.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to stay ahead in the digital space.
• Ensure all content follows brand tone, visual identity, and communication guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in managing social media accounts or campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,877.61 - ₹21,211.49 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
