Job Summary

A2 Digital is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, developing engaging social media content, executing platform-specific strategies, and monitoring campaign performance.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, coordinating with internal creative teams, and managing social media activities across multiple brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media activities for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars for different brands.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Write creative captions, post copy, hashtags, and social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, audience engagement, and platform updates.
• Track key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and clicks.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Ensure consistent brand communication, content quality, and timely publishing across all assigned accounts.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, festive posts, and other brand communication activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client servicing teams to manage content approvals, feedback, and deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in content planning, content calendar management, caption writing, and post scheduling.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Strong written communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work with creative, content, and client servicing teams.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients across different industries.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn analytics.
• Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools for basic content requirements.
• Understanding of organic social media growth, engagement strategies, and brand positioning.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
