Job Title: Social Media Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Create engaging social media content, reels, stories, posts and videos.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and influencers.
• Handle product shoots, campaign shoots and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write creative captions, hashtags and social media copies.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and fashion industry updates.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, followers and impressions.
• Support influencer collaborations, brand campaigns and product launches.
• Respond to comments, messages and audience queries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, trends and content formats.
• Basic Canva and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar).
• Good creative writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of fashion, lifestyle and D2C brands.
• Ability to work with content calendars and deadlines.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Experience with fashion, apparel, lifestyle or e-commerce brands preferred.
• Must have a good understanding of current social media trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
