Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

As our Social Media Executive, youll be the voice, pulse, and personality of our brands online. You’ll ideate, create, and manage content that sparks engagement, builds community, and drives strategic outcomes. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to ensure every post reflects brand values and audience insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation:

    • Develop platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) that’s visually engaging and emotionally resonant
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life
    • Curate UGC, trend-based content, and culturally relevant moments
  • Platform Management:

    • Own and manage brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
    • Schedule, publish, and monitor content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
  • Community Engagement:

    • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with warmth and brand-aligned tone
    • Monitor sentiment and flag opportunities for deeper engagement or crisis management
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, saves, shares)
    • Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations
    • Stay updated on algorithm shifts and platform updates
  • Trend spotting & Innovation:

    • Identify emerging trends, audio, formats, and cultural conversations
    • Propose experimental content ideas and micro-campaigns
    • Collaborate on influencer and creator partnerships

You Bring

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media
  • Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling instincts
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Excellent written communication and a flair for captions that convert
  • A pulse on Gen Z and Millennial digital behavior
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and regional storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of paid media and performance marketing
