Social Media Executive

About the Company

Pragyan Doors and Decor (P) Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's digital presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Shoot professional videos, reels, product videos, and promotional content.
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Design creative posts, banners, posters, carousels, and promotional creatives.
• Create engaging captions, content, and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content ideas.
• Plan, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
• Handle audience targeting, budget planning, lead generation, and ad optimization.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results.
• Prepare monthly social media and advertising performance reports.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and business leads.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in social media management.
• Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Practical experience in Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Creative thinking, content planning, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end social media activities.

What We Expect

We are looking for an all-rounder who can independently PLAN, SHOOT, EDIT, DESIGN, PUBLISH, and PROMOTE content to build and strengthen the digital presence of Pragyan Doors and Decor (P) Ltd.

Candidates must share their portfolio, previous video shoots, edited reels, graphic designs, social media pages managed, and Meta Ads campaign experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
