Social Media Executive

The hired person will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating digital campaigns, and improving brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and creatives.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop creative marketing materials.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and social media trends relevant to the healthcare industry.
• Monitor social media engagement, followers, reach, impressions, and overall account performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular social media reports.
• Ensure all published content follows the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and doctors to develop informative and engaging healthcare-related content.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and other creative designing tools.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, video content, and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Good coordination and time management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
