As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic. Your expertise in SMM and SEO will help us optimize our online presence, increase our social media following, and improve our search engine rankings. Key Responsiblities 1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives. 2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms as relevant. 3. SMM: Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic. 4. SEO: Implement SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search engines and improve our website's search engine rankings. 5. Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and SEO metrics (keyword rankings, organic traffic, etc.) to optimize future content and campaigns. 6. Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner. 7. Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media reach and credibility. 8. Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar. 9. Social Media Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Requirements 1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. 2. SMM Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media marketing principles, including content creation, engagement, and analytics. 3. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. 4. Content Creation: Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production. 5. Analytics: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social) and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs). 6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.
