About the Role:We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive (Malayalam) to join our political communication team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, current affairs, and political trends, with a strong understanding of the Malayalam-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities:Manage official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) in Malayalam.Create engaging and politically relevant content posts, captions, reels, and stories.Translate and adapt political messages into impactful Malayalam content.Execute social media campaigns, live coverages, and engagement during political events.Monitor audience behavior, social trends, and optimize content for better reach.Coordinate with design, video, and communication teams for content alignment.Respond to public comments and queries professionally.Support on-ground campaign activities when required. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a political or campaign-based organization.Strong command over Malayalam, English, and Hindi.Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools (preferred).Flexibility to work extended hours and travel during campaign periods. Preferred Skills:Creative content writing and captioning in Malayalam.Knowledge of Malayalam meme trends and regional audience engagement.Experience in digital advertising or influencer coordination is a plus.
