Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and possess basic knowledge of SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
Create engaging and informative content tailored to each social media channel.
Planning a monthly social media posts calendar.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Assist in managing online communities, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably within an IT company.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
