We’re expanding our online presence to get more clients — and we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help us grow, engage, and inspire our community.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive at Framerix Media, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our digital voice across multiple platforms. This role is completely behind the camera — focused on strategy, content planning, and storytelling — not personal appearances. You’ll be responsible for making strategy, writing scripts and collaborating with our editors and designers to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that highlight our agency’s work, people, and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that grow and engage our audience across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Content Planning & Coordination: Work with the team to plan and oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and aligned posting.
• Trend Research: Identify emerging trends, formats, and best practices to keep Framerix Media’s content fresh and relevant.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, generating reports to improve strategies and campaigns.
• Collaboration: Partner with video editors and designers to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Knowledge of analytics tools, content planning, and community engagement.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Job Types: Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
