Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Management

• Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams for content production.

2. Social Media Handling

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media accounts.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to boost engagement.
• Increase page reach, followers, and engagement organically.

3. Paid Campaign Management

• Assist in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
• Track performance, optimize ads, and ensure cost-efficient results (CPL, CTR, leads, etc.).

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance using social media insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

5. Brand Awareness & Community Management

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Build and manage online communities through polls, comments, and conversations.
• Collaborate with influencers and local partners when needed.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
