We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Executive who can assist in the daily execution of brand activities managing calendars, coordinating with teams, and ensuring every task gets done on time. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced creative setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the posting schedule across all social media handles — ensuring timely uploads and accuracy.
Maintain and update the monthly content calendar.
Conduct competitor and trend research to support strategy planning.
Handle routine coordination with designers, editors, and performance teams.
Track campaign progress and follow up on pending tasks.
Maintain reports and records of daily activities, post performance, and deliverables.
Assist the Social Media Manager in managing daily workflow, reminders, and execution.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in every piece of published content.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing support role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).
Basic design sense or working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once trained.
