Social Media Executive cum Graphic Designer & Photo/Video Creator

Job Overview

We are hiring a creative Social Media Executive who can manage daily social media content along with graphic designing and basic photo/video shooting. This role is focused on content creation, visual storytelling, and execution, supporting brand visibility and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Design high-quality creatives (posts, stories, banners, carousels)
• Shoot basic photos and videos (mobile/camera) for reels, posts, and stories
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions
• Follow current social media trends and reel formats
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
• Coordinate with internal teams for content execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media handling & graphic design
• Strong command of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Experience with Reels & short video editing tools
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and framing
• Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with on-site shoots
• Knowledge of content formats that perform well organically
• Ability to adapt creatives based on engagement insights
