Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ and company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital trends, a strong understanding of each social platform, and the ability to craft engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short videos
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing creatives and copy
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns; track performance and ROI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely publishing
• Respond to comments and DMs; engage with the audience in a brand-consistent tone
• Track and report analytics on social media performance and campaigns
• Work with clients and internal teams to align brand messaging and campaign objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Knowledge of paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Excellent understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
