Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate is someone who understands digital trends, knows how to design visually appealing content, and can turn insights into strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and content opportunities
• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
• Design eye-catching visuals and creatives for posts (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Write engaging captions and content aligned with our brand tone
• Handle daily posting and management across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor analytics, track growth, and optimize performance to increase reach and engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Basic understanding of performance tracking and social media analytics
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with paid ad campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Experience working with service-based brands
